Refund Policy:

MPSTC requests all tuitions be paid 15 days prior to the class or NET 30 days when invoiced but we do recognize that
due to changes in schedules it may be necessary to withdraw before the start of class.  Like any business MPSTC has
obligations such as range/classroom fees, range/simunition/training materials, and outside instructor/training company
deposits we have to pay before the start of certain classes.  So to balance our financial needs and yours we have
established the following refund policy:

Cancellations more than 15 days in advance 100% refund
Cancellations more than 10 days in advance   75% refund
Cancellations more than   5 days in advance   50% refund
Cancellations less than 3 days in advance NO refunds will be given but we will put the tuition towards another class of
your choice and you will be placed on the top of the list.

***Substitutions are allowed and encouraged just let us know 3 days prior to the start of the class***


Cancellation Policy:

MPSTC reserves the right to cancel any training course or seminar at anytime and will provide a full
refund to students.

MPSTC will charge a processing fee of $30 plus bank charges for any payments denied by your
financial institution.
